RETURN POLICY

Returns on LumiBloom hair will only be accepted on hair that has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Hair that has been tampered with in any way will not be accepted for return. Hair must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To return LumiBloom hair, please contact returns@relaycollective.com. We will then provide you with a RMA form that you must fill out and include with your return, along with your original invoice, and packaging. Once your return has been received by Relay Collective, Relay Collective will determine if the hair is accepted for return and if so will issue you LumiBloom credit or refund minus the restocking fee. If Relay Collective determines that the hair has been opened, worn or tampered with in any way, the hair will not be accepted for return.

Relay Collective offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all hair care products. To return a hair care product please contact returns@relaycollective.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will then issue an RMA which must be filled out and included with your return, along with your original invoice. Once your return has been received a refund will be issued. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fees on your returned item.

Please note: Only hair or hair care products purchased on online or directly from a Relay Collective website, are eligible for exchange or may be returned for refund or credit. Any product purchased from a third party, including an independent Consultant’s stock, is not eligible for return or refund.
